Ningbo Kaxite Sealing Materials Co., Ltd. operates a modern, ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility in the Zhenhai District of Ningbo, Zhejiang. Spanning over 20,000 square meters, our factory is purpose-built for the production of high-precision ring joint gaskets, spiral wound gaskets, and custom sealing solutions for the global oil & gas, subsea, and petrochemical industries.
Our production floor is equipped with advanced CNC machining centers, including multi-axis lathes and milling machines capable of handling exotic materials like Inconel, Monel, Titanium, and stainless steel grades. Dedicated heat treatment furnaces ensure consistent material properties, while precision surface grinding equipment delivers the exact surface finish required for reliable high-pressure sealing.
Beyond machining, we house a fully integrated quality control laboratory featuring optical comparators, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), Rockwell hardness testers, and pressure simulation rigs. Every production lot undergoes strict dimensional inspection, hardness verification, and material composition analysis to guarantee compliance with API 6A and ASME B16.20.
Our digital traceability system tracks each gasket from raw material arrival to final dispatch. Every batch is assigned a unique lot number, and all process parameters—including forging records, heat treatment cycles, machining tolerances, and inspection results—are meticulously documented. Clients receive a comprehensive Mill Test Certificate (MTC) per EN 10204 3.1 with every shipment, ensuring full material provenance.
With an annual production capacity exceeding 500,000 pieces, we maintain fast turnaround times: 7–15 days for standard sizes and 15–20 days for custom-engineered orders. Our flexible production lines accommodate both small-batch prototypes and large-volume procurement, supported by a dedicated logistics team for global export.
Our accredited quality lab performs chemical analysis, tensile testing, hardness checks (Rockwell/Brinell), and high-pressure simulation to validate each gasket's sealing integrity before shipment.
