CNC Machining & Precision Manufacturing

Our production floor features over 50 CNC machine tools, including advanced multi-axis lathes and vertical machining centers. These precision machines are capable of handling a wide range of materials – from stainless steel (304, 316, 321) and Inconel to Monel, Titanium, and Hastelloy.

Heat Treatment & Material Processing

Proper heat treatment is essential for achieving the hardness and material properties required by API 6A and ASME B16.20 standards. Our facility is equipped with:

• Controlled atmosphere furnaces for oxidation-free heating
• Quenching and tempering capabilities
• Annealing furnaces for stress relief
• Precise temperature control systems (±5°C accuracy)
• Hardness testing after each treatment cycle

Every heat treatment batch is documented and traceable, ensuring consistent material properties and sealing performance.

Quality Inspection & Testing Laboratory

Our fully equipped quality control laboratory operates independently from production, providing unbiased verification of product quality. Key instruments include:

• Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for 3D dimensional inspection
• Optical comparators for profile verification
• Rockwell and Brinell hardness testers
• Surface roughness testers (Ra/Rz measurement)
• Spectrometer for chemical composition analysis
• Universal testing machines for tensile and yield strength
• High-pressure simulation rigs for sealing performance testing

All inspection equipment is regularly calibrated against international standards, and test records are maintained for complete traceability.

With an annual production capacity exceeding 500,000 ring joint gaskets, we are equipped to handle both small-batch custom orders and large-volume procurement projects. Our typical lead times are:

• Standard sizes: 7–15 days
• Custom orders: 15–20 days
• Express service: Available upon request (priority processing)
